Bug Description

mysqld cannot start on rhel7 with configuration generated by fuel 9.

For RHEL based distributions correct paths are:
wsrep_provider => /usr/lib64/galera-3/libgalera_smm.so
mysql_socket => /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
