Detailed bug description:

Fuel admin node deployment failed.

Output from bootstrap_admin_node.log:

the problem in the spec upstream fuel spec file. because fuel-web depends on python-networkx-core < 1.10.0 but in the Newton global requirements is the version networkx>=1.10
