Bug Description

Please consider the attached screenshot.
Deployment was started for the environment and it failed (node(s) had error status). Then the environment was reset and node(s) returned to discovered state.

Expected result: node panel has 'DISCOVERED' status.
Actual result: node panel has 'DISCOVERED/ DEPLOYMENT' confusing status.
