test mixed_components_murano_sahara_ceilometer fails because timeout for platform tests

on acceptance 8.0 tests.
It is because we have simple HW and timeout for all OSTF equal 30 minutes, need to change it.

    Separate osft checkers for acceptance test

    In test mixed_components_murano_sahara_ceilometer
    we have one checker for all ostf sets with default
    timeout 30 minutes.
    Sepatated general ostf checker to two different.
    Uppped timeout for platform ostf.
