Version 3.0.x of fuel-devops can use a YAML template where described the baremetal/scale lab, with L3 networks used for the lab. It would require to some improvement for fuel-qa code in case if Fuel master node has an IP that is not 'fuelweb_admin network + 2', like x.x.x.2/24
