Bug Description

Need to fix Heat initialization
`HeatClient(session=self.keystone_session, endpoint_override=endpoint)`
due to bug in heatclient:
`kwargs['endpoint_override'] = endpoint`

    Fix Heat initialization

    There is wrong usage of `endpoint_override` in heatclient.
    Fix replaces it with `endpoint`.
