Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. create environment and add all discovered slave nodes to this environment.
2. go back to Add Nodes screen
Expected result:
role panels are grey (has default state), can't be selected (can't become green). Unavailable because of restrictions roles are marked with orange border.
Actual result:
role panels are green (but actually they are not selected)

Fix calculation of selected roles
It should be no selected roles if no nodes on a screen.
