rsync_core_puppet fails to deploy modules

Detailed bug description:
 rsync_core_puppet fails to deploy modules to target nodes. When deployment occurs, all tasks fail because of this: http://paste.openstack.org/show/567150/

Creation of a new environment fails to generate the rsync_core_puppet task per: http://paste.openstack.org/show/567161/

Steps to reproduce:
 Create new Fuel 9.0 Master
 Create Environment
 Provision and Deploy
Expected results:
 Deployment Successful
Actual result:
 Deployment has failed. All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[globals/10], Task[globals/1], Task[globals/3], Task[globals/2], Task[globals/5], Task[globals/4], Task[globals/7], Task[globals/6], Task[globals/9], Task[globals/8] Stopping the deployment process!
Reproducibility:
 Reproduceable on new Fuel Master deployment
Workaround:
 None
Impact:
 Critical, failure to deploy Environment

Workaround update:
running:

  250 fuel rel --sync-deployment-tasks --dir /etc/puppet
  257 fuel node --node 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 --tasks rsync_core_puppet
  258 fuel node --node 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 --tasks pre_deployment_start

seems to get the deployment past it's issue.

Could you please provide a list of installed plugins. It looks like an issue with LMA plugins

MercSniper - I looked into the logs you pasted and failed to find anything helpful. Could you please post the diagnostic snapshot, so that we could inspect astute.log.

@Mercsniper, it seems all the related logs have already been rotated - the oldest file contains info only for Sep 24th, while you fail happened on Sep 9th. Nevertheless, we tested LMA plugin recently and did not have any similar issues. So far, I would mark this bug as incomplete, until someone reproduces it.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my deployment (unable to complete task rsync_core_puppet/<id> on the compute nodes. I've attached the log files from /var/log/astute if they are of some help.

Please, add full diagnostic snapshot. There is not enough data in astute logs.
