[UI] does not show the summary field in task details on History Tab

Bug Description

Since Fuel 9.1 we have an awesome deployment history tab on UI.
There is a "Details" link for each task in Table view. But the pop-up window doesn't contain the summary field.

The summary output can be very huge and it would be better to have a separate button to request it and visualise as a separated field with a scrollbar.

Decided to render summary attribute in the same way as other attributes. Also, summary attribute will always be the last task attribute in the dialog.
