Bug Description
octane uses the old verion of the `fuel` client as a executable program. Due to the fact that the new version of the client `fuel2` will replace the old one some modifications in octane have to be done. After such replacement the restore part of the data-driven upgrade of the Fuel Master node will fails due to the changed UI of the fuel client.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Take backup of the 9.2 Fuel Master node
2. Re-install the Fuel Master node
3. Restore the Fuel Master node state
Expected results:
The state of the Fuel Master node is successfully restored with ability to manage old environments and nodes.
Actual result:
The restore operations fail on calls of the `fuel` client commands.
