Bug description:
Currently after installation murano fuel plugin on mos 9.0 it is possible that in the fuel ui installed plugin will be shown in the "Other" tab in the setting.
Steps to reproduce:
1) deploy mos 9.0
2) log in to the fuel ui
3) ssh to the master node and install murano fuel plugin
4) go to the fuel ui > settings
Expected results:
There is no tab "Other" where you can find Murano plugin
Murano plugin should be in the tab "OpenStack Services"
Actual results:
There is tab "Other" with Murano plugin inside
Reproducibility:
Always
Work around:
reload the page (after this Murano plugin will be in the tab "OpenStack Services")
