Bug Description

in jenkins job https://ci.fuel-infra.org/job/mitaka.fuel-library.pkgs.ubuntu.smoke_neutron/1000/consoleFull

package is not build due to error

DEBUG: install: cannot stat '/builddir/build/BUILD/fuel-library9.0-9.0.0/files/fuel-utils/updates/update-master-node.sh': No such file or directory

but the test is green
