"Save and Proceed" functionality is broken for Network Tab

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
create new environment, go to the Network Tab,
then change something, for example, check "Use VLAN tagging" and set some VLAN ID,
try go to the another tab - you will see the confirmation dialog for unsaved changes.
Click "Save and Proceed" button
Expected results:
- changes saved
Actual result:
- changes not saved
