Detailed bug description:
'Puppet debug logging' option has no effect.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set 'Puppet debug logging' option on in UI.
2. Run deploy
Expected results:
Puppet debug output is present in puppet.log on node.
Actual result:
Puppet debug output is NOT present in puppet.log on node.
Reproducibility:
Always
Workaround:
No
Impact:
It makes debugging process harder.
