We have to disable two threads with detached plugins for keystone&db

For now we have detached plugins for keystone and db, since PoC status of them we should disable threads in SWARM 9.x:

    We shouldn't support cases with separate keystone/db,
    due to this fact cases will be deleted.

Remove two plugin-related threads from swarms.

Remove:
  - thread_keystone_separate_services
  - thread_db_separate_services

as they are not supported.
