Bug Description

On every detailed page we have edit button, but there is no delete button.

Please add delete button next to edit.

Standardize action buttons for all detail pages.

Detail pages for all object types that support edit or delete actions
now use standard HTML template to display those buttons at the bottom
of the page.

Template currently includes Edit and Delete buttons.
