Broken layout of filters and sorters panel

Reproduced in Fuel UI, Chrome + Ubuntu

Please consider the attached screenshot:

1) applied filter 'minus' buttons are moved to top on a few pixels

2) status labels are also misaligned into filter value selection popover (please note, the same issue is reproduced for sorters popover)
