[Packaging CI] Please attach new slave to the Jenkins master.

Hello!

Please attach one more slave to Packaging CI: packaging-ci-slave01-bud.infra.mirantis.net.
This server has "packagingci_deploy_slave" role.

This server should be used as slave to run the following job instead srv020-scc.infra.mirantis.net:
https://packaging-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/sync-upstream-openstack/.

Please let me know, when the server will be added to the Jenkins.

Priority is High due to we have related High-priority bug about Fuel Gerrit:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1590311.
