UI hangs when restoring of cluster configuration failed

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce in Fuel UI:
1) deploy an environment with some node(s) and a single node network group
2) add a new node network group to the deployed environment
3) remove this new group
4) go to Dashboard and click Discard button to rest changed environment configuration. An appropriate PUT request will return 400 (Bad Request)
Expected behaviour: UI shows a message about unavailability to automatically reset environment settings.
Actual result: UI hangs, there is an error in browser console (see the attached screenshot)
