Bug Description

In YAML templates for libvirt driver, DHCP should be enabled with the following way:

l2_network_devices:
    <network_name>:
        address_pool: network_pool01
        dhcp: true

But libvirt driver still use the deprecated attribute 'has_dhcp_server', ignoring the attribute 'dhcp'.
