Bug Description
fuel version - fuel-9.0-388
Steps:
1. Create and deploy next cluster - default storages, Neutron GRE, 3 controllers 2 compute nodes
2. After deployment check haproxy status on any controller
execute - haproxy-status.sh
Expected - all backends are up
Actual - object-storage node-3 Status: DOWN/L4CON Sessions: 0 Rate: 0
