Wrong task message when stopping node provisioning

Bug Description
Reproduced on 10.0 master in Fuel UI.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create environment, add a few nodes
2. start the nodes provisioning from the environment Dashboard (Provisioning Only mode)
3. click Stop button to stop the provisioning process
4. wait until te provisioning will be successfully stopped
Expected result: finished stopping task message says "Provisioning of the environment node(s) was successfully stopped"
Actual result: finished stopping task message says "Deployment of the environment was successfully stopped"
Custom message should be also provided when stopping deployment of already provisioned nodes (Deployment Only mode): "Deployment of the environment node(s) was successfully stopped"
Also, stopping task error messages should be checked in the same way.
