Detailed bug description:
keystone_wsgi* logs are missing from rsyslog and is not explicitly covered by diagnostic snapshot
Steps to reproduce:
Deploy a cluster with default settings and 1 controller
Expected results:
there should be appropriate apache logs captured
Actual result:
Only keystone-manage and libapache2-mod-wsgi logs are captured. Nothing else from apache
Reproducibility:
Always
Workaround:
Not possible if environment is no longer available
Impact:
Severely impacts diagnosing any keystone, apache, or horizon bug
