Bug Description
Cluster page needs to be updated visually and debugged:
1. Credentials section looks ugly: http://
2. Testset select all checkbox does not react properly to tests selection (all tests might be selected but it stays unchecked) http://
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create cluster
2. Go to Healthcheck tab
3. Click "Provide Credentials" button
Expected results:
1. Credentials form looks similar to all other pages forms
2. Manual selection of all testset' tests causes testset' checkbox' state change
Actual result:
1. Form looks ugly
2. Checkbox does not react to all tests state
