Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ISO
2. Open /var/log/puppet/bootstrap_admin_node.log
3. There is warning here:
Scope(Class[main]): Can't load /var/www/nailgun/bootstraps/active_bootstrap/metadata.yaml. File does not exist!
But this file exists, I checked it.

Expected result: there is no warning in this log

I see "Fuel node deployment complete!" in /var/log/puppet/bootstrap_admin_node.log
And successful bootstrap build in the fuel-bootstrap-image-build.log
did you run OSTF or other tests? is this only a warning or slaves can't boot into the bootstrap ?

It is just warning in log so priority is "Low".
But we usually remove such messages from logs.
