Cant't login to cirros VM

1. Create a VM with ssh-key access
2. Login to VM wih root - shows message with "use cirros username"
3. cirros username does not accept private key

It is expected behaviour for cirros image - by default, doesn't allow users to use ssh to access root account.

Kyrylo, are you sure you tried this after https://bugs.launchpad.net/mos/+bug/1571704 was fixed? Could you please check the image you use? Could you please attach a console log?
