Reexecute_on conditions should be deleted from tasks

Bug Description

There is some tasks where we have 'reexecute_on' as condition to run. But our new LCM serializer which used nowadays by default doesn't process them and they just baffle developers. We need to remove them completely from tasks definition.

    Remove all 'reexecute_on' from tasks

    These conditions don't used anymore, so remove them to not mislead
    developers in the future.
