Support FusionIO flash storage devices

Detailed bug description:
  Nailgun agent and erase magent do not recognize FusionIO flash storage devices as valid block storage
Steps to reproduce:
  Run nailgun-agent on physical node which has FusionIO flash storage device
Expected results:
  It should support all actions as other storage devices
Actual result:
  It do not recognized as storage device. All actions is disabled.
Reproducibility:
  Always on on physical node which has FusionIO flash storage device
Workaround:
  No
Impact:
 Affect envs with physical nodes which has FusionIO flash storage device
