Load Deployed Settings button works incorrect on Networks tab after changes in node network groups

Reproduced on 10.0 master.

Steps to reproduce in Fuel UI:
1. create environment (default wizard settings), add some nodes and deploy the env
2. go to Networks tab, add a new node network group
3. click Show All Networks checkbox to observe all node network groups on the one page
4. click Load Deployed Settings button

Expected result: networks data restored for the deployed node network group. Network settings of the new node network group are not changed.

Actual result: networks data restored for the deployed node network group. Networks of the new node network group disappear from the page.

    Reset only deployed networks data to deployed state

    Attributes of deployed networks only should be updated
    when resetting network configuration to its deployed state.

    Editable network attributes only should be updated.
