Detailed bug description:
Cinder-volume service in down state after deployment with cinder-vmware.
Steps to reproduce:
Create env with vCenter + DVS plugin 3.0.0
Add following nodes:
Controller
Cinder-vmware
Compute-
Deploy env
Run OSTF "vCenter: Create volume and attach it to instance"
Expected results:
OSTF is passed
Actual result:
OSTF is failed
