Ability to delete IPv4 network in Racks

Please add ability to delete IPv4 networks in Racks.

Please note, this should have confirmation since it's destructive operation.

Is there any need for create/edit support as well, or functionality of Inventory Object form is enough?

Enabled delete & edit buttons in IPv4 Networks list

It is now possible to edit and delete IPv4 Networks from the list page,
for as long as the user has sufficient permissions (edit functionality
was already available through Details page, but Edit button on list page
was disabled even for superusers).
