Bug Description
As part of the noop setup script[0], we have hardcoded the noop branch information in the script. This should be converted to an environment variable that can be leveraged by CI and developers to test alternate versions of the fuel-noop-fixtures code.
Expected results:
Be able to control the version of fuel-noop-fixtures used as part of testing.
Actual results:
Is hardcoded to master requiring code changes to do any testing of something besides master.
