Detailed bug description:
unexpected behavior octane fuel-restore, --admin-password required
Steps to reproduce:
octane fuel-restore --from path_to_backup
Expected results:
start restore
Actual result:
[root@fuel ~]# octane fuel-restore --from backup.gz
usage: octane fuel-restore [-h] --from PATH --admin-password ADMIN_PASSWORD
octane fuel-restore: error: argument --admin-password is required

    Add --admin-password key in example command in upgrade doc

    Upgrade documentation contains example command to restore Fuel
    configuration. It misses a mandatory CLI flag to pass admin
    password to the restore process.

    Add key --admin-password to the example command in the manual.
