Detailed bug description:
Now that slave nodes have non-root accounts enabled, OSTF should be using them instead of root to access slave nodes.
Steps to reproduce:
Deploy 9.0 from master, run OSTF.
Expected results:
OSTF uses service non-root account to access slave nodes
Actual result:
OSTF uses root to access slave nodes
