Bug Description

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/292340/8 should land soon, making Ubuntu Cloud Archive deployment a separate Fuel release. We should update stats whitelist rules and include a test scenario to ensure stats collection is correct or this release as well.

    UCA repos info added to statistics

    UCA repos info added to collected by fuel-stats data.

    Tests for checking that all cluster attributes are in filtering
    WhiteList refactored to use releases with the same
    operating_system value.
    Now we are able to check attributes for Ubuntu and
    Ubuntu+UCA releases.
