Bug Description
I have a new Fuel iso and when I create a new cluster there is an OpenStack Release = Liberty on Ubuntu 14.04.
I assume here should be Mitaka openstack
Also the version should be changed in all places it appears, for ex. on dashboard.

Releases are not hardcoded in fuel UI and come from Nailgun. So, this should be fixed on backend.
