Bug Description
Create cluster with DVS.
Add 3 controllers.
Add 2 compute-vmware for 2 nova compute instances.
Deploy cluster.
Deploy failed with error.
[828] Error running RPC method granular_deploy: Failed to execute hook 'vcenter_

I've reproduced the same issue with another test scenario.
1. Upload and install dvs plugin on master node.
2. Create cluster with DVS.
3. Add 3 controllers.
4. Add 2 compute-vmware for 2 nova compute instances.
5. Deploy cluster.
6. Remove 1 compute-vmware node.
7. Deploy cluster.
8. Add compute-vmware node.
9. Deploy cluster.
Actual Result compute_ zones_create' Failed to run command cd / && /usr/bin/python /etc/puppet/ modules/ osnailyfacter/ modular/ astute/ vcenter_ hooks.py --create_zones
Deployment has failed. Method granular_deploy. Failed to execute hook 'vcenter_
Try to check network verification:
Verification failed.
These nodes: "6" failed to connect to some of these repositories: "http:// archive. ubuntu. com/ubuntu/", "http:// mirror. fuel-infra. org/mos- repos/ubuntu/ 8.0/"
