Bug Description

---The openstack deployment is stable and we are able to launch instance, have external connectivuty and all. However, fuel seems to be out of sync with the openstack environment. On fuel healt check all create VMs, external connectivity check are shown as error.

----The astute.log suggest error with 2016-02-23 03:39:23 WARNING [530] TCP connection to AMQP failed: Could not establish TCP connection to 172.18.0.2:5672. Retry 5 sec later...

---- /var/log is filling up - ie: log rotation not working
---- if /var/log is full fuel's rabbitmq fails causing operations via fuel to fail

Could you please check what logs exactly are eating up the disk space on /var/log partition? Diagnostic snapshot may be too big or even fail to create if /var/log is full.
