[fuelmenu] update settings.yaml

Default settings.yaml file contain the following lines:

HOSTNAME: "fuel"
ADMIN_NETWORK:
  interface: "eth0"

May be we can change defaults to "nailgun" and "enp0s3" ?

Also it is impossible to save new /etc/fuel/astute.yaml file on post-processing if original was missed.
Fuelmenu shows correct PXE setup information, but it is impossible to save them.

There are messages after "PXE Setup" -> "Check" or "Save and *" buttons
'DHCP range must contain previous values.'
'DHCP range can only be increased after deployment.'

So we can use current(system) settings as default in case astute.yaml file is not available for
if utils.get_deployment_mode() == "post"
cases.

Also there are strange error messages in the fuelmenu.log file:
