Bug Description

Jenkins service is unavailable on packaging-ci.fuel-infra.org

Critical as it blocks the work on Public Packaging CI.

Priority is reduced to High, due to I've found a workaround here: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-10160.

JAVA_ARGS parameter should be extended by data: -Dhudson.DNSMultiCast.disabled=true -Dhudson.udp=-1.

    Updated configuration of all jenkins masters to fix the bug with DNS

    Added the following option to all jenkins masters roles:

    jenkins::master::jenkins_java_args: '-Dhudson.DNSMultiCast.disabled=true -Dhudson.udp=-1'

    Closes-bug: #1543097

As I understand, that problem is related to newest version of jenkins. So, other jenkins should be updated ordinarily.
