By default Fuel configures glance swift's storage to be on / despite separate glance storage.

Bug Description
GLance's swift storage by default is located on /srv/node instead on /var/lib/glance which is dedicated for that.
As a result / partition fills very quickly disrupting whole cloud (preventing mysql from funcitoning)
