Bug Description
A common question that gets asked is how to add additional external networks for an environment. We need to improve the documentation around the network transformations and the fuel cli commands to perform the updates for an environment. We need to have better documentation around the advanced configuration of a network for an environment via the CLI as it is not easily found or understood by users.
