Bug Description
It's not good idea to print massive block of binary data in stdout by default - this is unix-way, but we should keep our user interfaces in the same style. We should extend the script with new flag which will allow that behaviour.
Steps to verify (for qa):
0) Deploy 7.0 fuel.
1) Install fuel-octane package.
2) Run 'octane fuel-backup' without args
3) Validate that there is no archive printed in your terminal

I would agree that we need to change the default behavior to something less verbose. Please, consider adding mandatory mutually-exclusive flags that will either direct the tarball contents to file or to stdout.
