Modify test-reports-tgestrail to publish Acceptance tests results too

It's necessary to modify test-reports-tgestrail to get possibility publish tests results to different test suites in Tgestrail from different runners.
e.g.
from TESTS_RUNNER=8.0.acceptance.runner
to TESTRAIL_TEST_SUITE=[8.0][Fuel] Release Acceptance

from TESTS_RUNNER=8.0.swarm.runner
to TESTRAIL_TEST_SUITE=[8.0] Swarm

Fix acceptance tests

- refactor tesrail reporter
- change template name for plugin jobs
- choose testrail reporter depending on id of a job
