Bug Description

I use showmenu=yes in boot options to have possibility to configure settings on first boot.
It is not possible to successfully save changes because in Bootstrap Image section mos repository point to location (http://127.0.0.1:8080/ubuntu/x86_64) which is not available at the time when fuelmenu start - docker containers are created after fuelmenu execution.

Workaround is to check, 'Skip building bootstrap image', and run

fuel-bootstrap build --activate

after installation.
