Bug Description
We are performing connection to the repo in task serialization UploadMOSRepo and in plugin serialization PluginsPreDeplo
If repo is inaccessable we have unclear message on the HTTP level. For instance 504 Gateway Time-out:

But we should report detailed info about such errors.
