Bug Description
Steps:
1. Create new env(any)
2. Configure node's and network
3. "Click Verify Network"
Actual result:
Verification failed.
[Errno 111] Connection refused
If you skip network verification and start deploy:
"Error occurred when running task: [Errno 111] Connection refused"
After this error I can't delete or reset env.
