Bug Description
recent diagnostic snapshots didn't contain provisioning logs.
logs are expected to be stored under the following path (in regard to snapshot root directory):
<fuel master node>/var/
i suspect fuel-agent conf is missing in new ubuntu boostrap. Hence default value for log file is not /var/log/
