BVT failed with network verification on ready cluster

Network verification failed after successful deployment.
Scenario:
            1. Create cluster with Neutron
            2. Add 3 nodes with controller role
            3. Add 3 nodes with compute and ceph-osd role
            4. Deploy the cluster
            5. Check ceph status
            6. Run OSTF tests
            7. Check the radosgw daemon is started

after successful deployment we should invoke network verification, which failed with error:
Verification failed.

There is no logs I look that point to problem. It looks like floating bug. Need some time to reproduce again.

Bogdan, in env on which this bug was appeared, enp0s5 was working okay, just network verification didn't work well. All major tests was good and env was working okay. So it cannot be critical, as for me.

Moving to incomplete because we don't have an available env and it isn't currently reproducing.
