Bug Description

In Ubuntu we deploy RMQ 3.5.4, but 3.3.5 in CentOS. I am working to add SSL support for RabbitMQ on Fuel Master, but there are known security vulnerabilities with its SSL implementation in <3.4 versions. Furthermore, we should not have a version discrepancy between major components across CentOS and Ubuntu.

      {rabbitmq_web_dispatch,"RabbitMQ Web Dispatcher","3.5.5"},
      {rabbitmq_management_agent,"RabbitMQ Management Agent","3.5.5"},
      {rabbit,"RabbitMQ","3.5.5"},
      {amqp_client,"RabbitMQ AMQP Client","3.5.5"},'
